Every now and then we get to save a little bit of history. This table was built from a house that we deconstructed back in 2016 (scroll down to see photos of the original structure). The house was built in the early 1900’s and was located only about 5 min from our shop. The old house was in disrepair and needed to come down. Fortunately the landowner reached out to us and we were able to save the wood. We have built countless tables from this old wood over the past few years, but the final table was for the actual property owner. This is a 14’ long trestle table that now lives back on the land where it came from. What could have been lost to the landfills will now live on for another hundred years!!!
